CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes, items can be returned within 14 working days providing it is returned unworn, in its original condition. Please note that the customer will pay the return cost.

 

MY ITEM IS WRONG OR FAULTY
If we have sent the wrong item to you, we will give you a full refund + the delivery charges you have paid.  Please contact customer service via email (INFO@ EEISE.COM) to advise you what to do.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY? 
Please contact our customer service via email for instructions and authorisation.  You must return the item to us within 14 days from the date of delivery for exchange.  All items returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.  Please use the returns form and include it inside your parcel when sending your return back to us.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
We will process your refund within 1-3 working days after receiving the item back. When we process your refund, we will notify you by email.

PLEASE RETURN YOUR PARCEL BY TRACKING METHOD
Please request a proof of postage from the post office/courier service.  We strongly recommend you using a trackable method of postage to send items back or similar method, for example Royal Mail Signed For which provides you with a tracking number.  Please follow these advices, because in the vent where the item gets lost in the normal post, we regret we are not responsible for any items not received.  By using trackable method of delivery, in event where your item get lost, this enable you to claim compensation from your chosen delivery company.  Please keep your postage receipt safe until you return refund has been processed.   We will refund you via the payment method initially used to pay the item.  The refund will be processed between 1- 5 working days from the date we receive your returned parcel. After refund is issued please allow up to 30 working days for the refund to reach your account.  Your bank or card issuer has dictated this period of time and we have no control whatsoever.

Please provide proof of purchase for any returns/exchange items, as we will not be able to proceed to your refund without proof of purchase.
